Do you have the New Year Blues or is Your New Year Bright? I have made a determination that I cannot have a better tomorrow, if I continue thinking about yesterday. Yesterday is today’s memory, and tomorrow is today’s dream. Your future hopes that you have learned something from your past because it doesn’t want to repeat it again.
Feeling lost in the maze of routines? Have you been looking to become happier and improve your life by networking with people you think can help inspire you, only to discover that the net doesn’t seem to work? And, by the close of the day, the only thing you’re catching is a headache?
Are you searching for ways to improve your life? Do you believe that what you have experienced to this day is all there is to life? There is so much more life locked inside of you that it would be an absolute travesty to settle at where you are. Personal fulfillment comes from having no regrets at the end of the day because you believe you made the right decisions. This doesn’t mean that you stop here as if the next day is automatically filled with the accomplishments of yesterday. It simply indicates that yesterday’s actions will get you closer to meeting your goal today.
Today, I would like for you to cross the threshold of mediocrity. I want you to stop playing it safe and move from the middle of the road onto your side of the road. Then, as you start your journey, the first thing you should do is throw away the map your relatives and friend told you to buy and begin to chart your own course.
The only thing that stands between a person and what he wants from life is often merely the will to do it and the faith to believe that it is possible. A living faith cannot be manufactured by the rule of majority.
Faith walkers will never blend in with those who govern their life by logic. Reason is good when the situation is humanly possible; faith is called for when it’s not. A faith that hasn’t been tested can’t be trusted. Faith is a passionate intuition and he who has faith has an inward reservoir of courage, hope, confidence, and calmness. Prayer may be the way to reach heaven, but faith is the key to unlock its door.
Your Opportunity For Success Is About To Expire If You Don’t Do This ONE Thing!
Are You A Part Of A Team, Or A Part Of The Problem Causing A Team To Fall Apart? Being able to touch your dream is the consequence of pulling together people who can help you live it. Have you ever met someone who seems to have all the qualities for getting a job done, but they lack the essentials to pull together quality people to help them complete the work they’ve started. This is when the cleverness and resourcefulness of a good leader should come into play. Understanding one’s own gift is important, but recognizing and knowing how to incorporate the gifts of others is extremely important. No “one man” can do any job alone.
Inspiration can come from so many different sources, but can you muster the kind of inspiration from within to propel you towards achieving your goals while facing discouragement? Can a person inspire him or herself?
Self motivation is something that originates from within and helps you to overcome barriers while you pursue your goals and aspirations. The quickest killer of pursuit is discouragement and the quickest killer of discouragement is pursuit. In other words, the end result will be either pursuit or discouragement; depending on which one a person will capitulate to. To be inspired from within increases your greatest potential to succeed.
Negatives Are All Around Us, However, So Are the Positives. You Can Always Find a Reason To Get Up After Being Knocked Down By Life.
Many people living today may not know who Bing Crosby was, but he was a well known singer from the 40’s to mid 70’s, but who is better known for his movies, “The Bells of St. Mary and White Christmas.” Bing Crosby sung a song that said, “Accentuate the Positive, Eliminate the Negative, Latch on to the Affirmative, and Don’t Mess with Mr. In Between”. This is a powerful way of saying, ‘Focus on your positives, neglect the negatives, and be decisive.’ Continue reading “It’s Not Over: You Can Defeat What’s Got You Down!”
